• We offer only 4 practical pack sizes for most items: 50g, 100g, 200g, and 1kg (where applicable). This keeps things simple and helps you buy exactly what your household needs each month.

• All product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Spices, herbs and seeds are natural products — slight variations in colour, aroma or texture can occur between batches.

• We source premium-grade ingredients and order many items on demand from trusted suppliers to keep prices low and freshness high.

2. Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website include VAT (where applicable).

• We work hard to offer the lowest possible prices to help families during tough economic times.

• Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier fluctuations, but we will honour the price at the time your order is placed.

• You can pay securely at checkout via card, EFT, or any other payment methods we make available.

• Once payment is received, your order enters our processing queue.

Key point for food & pantry items: We cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed products due to hygiene and food safety regulations. Please choose your pack sizes carefully.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the return process applies.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We do not sell alcohol or restricted items.
